Account Responsibility
You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your Agent ID or password. Nare Travel and Tours is not liable for any illegal or inappropriate use of your agent ID or password.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is requested within 5 days from the booking start date, 50% of the amount will be non-refundable. If a cancellation is requested within the last 2 days from the booking start date, the total amount is non-refundable. This policy is applicable unless stated differently in the booking quotation.
Quotation Validity and Confirmation
Quotations are valid for 72 hours and subject to availability, unless the quote specifies a different validity period due to operational needs. A new quote may be required after the validity period has passed. Booking confirmation is based on the request confirmation notification and not on the quotation submission or acceptance, due to operational requirements and availability updates.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If we cannot refund immediately, the amount will be available as future credit for the customer.
Declaration
You warrant that you, your clients, shareholders, or directors are not included on any prohibited lists. Notify us in writing immediately if any relevant changes occur. We are not liable for damages or economic loss resulting from potentially illegal content on your website or cooperation with law enforcement efforts.
